Non - Electronic Submission

Out of State Banks that operate branches in Iowa

The information for Iowa state chartered banks is retrieved from the call reports submitted directly to the Division of Banking; therefore, submission of a separate public funds report is not necessary.

If your non-state chartered financial institution is not able to file this information using our Web site we will accept an emailed version or a paper report.

The forms may be downloaded, completed then emailed to Kathy Johnson at Kathleen.Johnson@idob.state.ia.us

Beginning with the reports filed after January 2005, all financial institutions not using our web site to file this information will be charged $75 per quarterly report to process the report manually.
